Return & Exchange Policy:
We at JoggerDreamSport design products to bring quality and performance to
your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to
return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it
happen.
· Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days from day
of receipt (less Shipping & Handling charges).
· Return shipping is not reimbursed without prior approval.
· We are not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.
· Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card, will only be made
by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
· We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in return shipping.
· We reserve the right to limit returns.
· You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any
package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be
destroyed, and JoggerDreamSport will not replace the contents of the
package. Thank you for your cooperation.
· Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is
unavailable. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or
color only.
Return Procedures:
· Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order.
(If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know
why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number,
purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
· We will Process the return in 7 business days.
· Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible)
